Association / Dues

The Bermuda Terrace Property Owners Association (BTPOA) is a voluntary organization. The annual association fee is $160.00 per household, to include dock access and two phone accesses.

The BTPOA manages the Front Entrance at Tequesta Drive, the Common Area, Dry Slips, and Wet Slips (Dock).

The Common area is located at 19482 Gulfstream Way. Some of the amenities include the BTPOA's private boat ramp, the Tiki Hut, fresh water, asphalt paving and parking and a private white sand beach. Vehicular access to the Common Area and its amenities are billed annually.

We can now use our smartphones to open the gate, please see instructions below.
* Existing FOBs can still be used, but further support will be limited.
* Cost for Smart Phone Access is $15 per phone per a year. This covers the community's cost for equipment, installation, and service.
* Adult children living at home will need to email us a recent bill with an address for access.

Dry Slip - $165.00 per Slip Annually
The Dry Slip area consist of storage spaces where functional and properly titled trailers may be stored. The Dry Slip fee is billed annually. For information on the Dry Slips please contact the Dockmaster.

Wet Slip - $850 per year.
The Wet Slip area consist of 18 dock spaces. The Wet Slip is based on first come-first serve basis. These fees become delinquent April 15th and October 15th. For information on the Wet Slips please contact the Dockmaster.
